A generalist accountant sees a restaurant once a year. We see hospitality every week of the year — so we recognise your problem before you've finished describing it.
Most accounting is built for compliance: a beautifully accurate picture of a period that finished six weeks ago. That's useless for deciding tomorrow's rota.
We run a weekly rhythm instead. Books kept comprehensively and continuously, a flash report every week, suppliers paid on a fixed date each month, and compliance filed early as a by-product of everything already being right. A number that's 98% accurate on Tuesday beats one that's perfect in six weeks.
That only works if the same team owns the whole chain — the POS integration, the invoice verification, the ledger, the payment run and the report. Hand any one of those to someone else and the rhythm breaks.
This practice serves restaurants and hotels across the UK from our London office. We also operate in the UAE and Monaco — each is a separate practice with its own team, its own compliance expertise and its own website.
Our home market and the focus of this site. VAT under Making Tax Digital, PAYE and RTI payroll, tronc schemes, Companies House and corporation tax — for independents through to multi-site groups.
UAE corporate tax and VAT for the region's restaurant and hotel scene, delivered by our UAE practice. Visit their site for services and pricing.
Discreet, multi-currency support for fine dining and hotel F&B on the Riviera, delivered by our Monaco practice on its own site.

Founder & Managing Director · Chartered Management Accountant
Arif founded the practice to do one thing properly: hospitality finance. A restaurant's cost base moves every week and its margin can disappear in a fortnight — yet most venues only see their numbers once a quarter, by which point the money has already gone.
He built the firm around the opposite habit. Comprehensive, regular bookkeeping rather than a year-end scramble. Supplier payment runs on fixed dates suppliers can diary. Figures in front of the operator while there is still a rota to change or a price to challenge. He also leads the practices serving the UAE and Monaco.
That work now reaches beyond the practice. Arif contributed to Mayo — the AI platform built specifically for restaurant operations — from first concept through to launch, and this firm is among its earliest users. It is the clearest answer we can give to why a venue should pick a specialist: the problems we solve by hand every month are the ones we are helping design out of the industry.
We're deliberately system-agnostic. There's one requirement, and it isn't a brand name: your systems need to be online, and we need to be given remote access.
If it runs in a browser and you can grant us a login, we can work with it. That applies to your ledger, your POS, your stock and inventory platform, your banking and your rota system.
Groups rarely run one clean stack — sites get acquired, systems get inherited, someone's second venue is on something different. We consolidate across whatever you've ended up with rather than insisting you standardise first.
Some firms will only take you on if you move to their preferred platform. We won't ask you to rip out a system your team already knows just to suit our workflow — if we think a change would genuinely help, we'll make the case and leave the decision with you.
Whatever the combination, connecting it is our job, not yours: sales from the POS, purchases and deliveries from the stock system, payments from the bank, all reconciling into one ledger and one set of numbers.
Systems we're in most often — not a requirement, and not an exhaustive list:
Thirty minutes, no pitch. If we're not obviously more useful than your current arrangement, we'll say so.
