Pricing & proposals

Tell us about your venue. We'll send you a proposal.

We don't publish a price list, because a four-site group running weekly payroll isn't the same job as a single restaurant. Answer the questions below and one of our accountants will review it and send you a detailed written proposal — scope, itemised fees and how onboarding works — usually within one working day.

What drives the fee

Priced on the work, not on your turnover.

We ask about revenue to understand the shape of your business — not to take a percentage of it. A busier venue isn't automatically more work, and you shouldn't be penalised for growing.

01

Transaction volume

How many invoices, tills, bank accounts and delivery platforms actually flow through each week.

02

Payroll shape

Salaried versus hourly staff, how often you run payroll, and whether tronc administration is included.

03

Reporting cadence

Monthly management accounts, or the full weekly flash with payment runs and dashboard access.

04

Entities & jurisdictions

One company in London is simpler than three entities across the UK, UAE and Monaco. Priced accordingly.

Pricing questions we get asked

Because a published price would be wrong for most people reading it. The same list of services costs very different amounts depending on invoice volume, headcount, payroll frequency and how many entities are involved. We'd rather ask a dozen questions and give you a number we'll stand behind than advertise one we'd revise on the first call.

The fee we quote is the fee you pay, provided your records are broadly as described in the assumptions we set out. If we open the books and find something materially different — a year of unreconciled bank statements, say — we come back to you before doing anything, not afterwards.

If we take you on part-way through your financial year, the earlier months still have to be brought up to the same standard before we can report on them or file anything. That's shown separately in your proposal as an estimate, and confirmed once we've seen the records.

Usually yes, and it's shown separately. It covers connecting your systems, agreeing your chart of accounts, bringing opening balances across and cleaning up anything inherited from the previous arrangement.

No lock-in beyond a straightforward notice period. If we're not earning the fee you should be able to leave, and your data goes with you — it's your Xero file, not ours.

No. Calls and questions are part of the monthly fee. Work that's clearly a separate project — a refinancing, a new site model, a diligence exercise — is quoted separately before it starts.
